Nichole Nijmeh is a real estate professional in San Benito, Santa Clara, and surrounding Counties. Born and raised in Santa Clara, she graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management. With intention to apply her degree to continuing her families' legacy at the famous Falafel's Drive-In restaurant, but instead fell in love with this fulfilling career. Nichole credits her impeccable customer service, strong attention to detail and positive energy to working in her family's business since she was 7 years old-- YES 7! She has added a real estate license to her Bachelor Degree, adopted her sweet pup Fae, and has enjoyed planting her roots in the rolling hills of Hollister, Ca.

Since getting licensed in March 2018, Nichole has surpassed many of her peers whom have been in the industry for 10-50 years in sales numbers and client satisfaction ratings. Currently in the top 10% of producers in San Benito County and completing 4 times more sales than the average agent in our county. Nichole has happily helped an average of 30 families with their real estate goals each year. Additionally, serving as an Executive Member on our local Board of Directors for the San Benito County Association of Realtors for 3 years, and heavily involved in our Young Professionals Network, and is the chair of our Education Committee. She is committed to growth and leadership, and loves to help other succeed; and was honored with our SBCAOR's President Award in 2020 because of it. Recognizing success enables her to help others, she has been fortunate to donate $200 for every one of my closings - amounting in over $9800 donated in my short career. Nichole was recognized in 2018,2019, and 2020 by the RE/MAX Corporation as a top performer and was awarded the RE/MAX 100% and Platinum Club Honors. Most notably, she was voted “Best Real Estate Agent 2019” in the local newspaper, the Hollister Free Lance.
